Dungeon Twister for Vassal
This is my adaptation to play Dungeon Twister in Vassal. I made it using the Spanish version but there are tables for the english version too, so you'll have no problem playing it.This is an state of the art developement using vassal which will allow you to turn the boards turning all the pieces on top. That is something really difficult to achieve due the lack of this functionality in Vassal.
The module is full of surprises, characters have sounds associated to them (find the taunting nonsense!) and there are a lot of options to help players using contextual menus to ramdonly rearrange the board tiles, injure characters and many more.
To select the boards you'll have to hold CTRL + click, that is to prevent board movement when you don't want to.
Another shortcut is using ASDW to move selected character just like in any regular PC game, that provokes some stepping noises too to allow players quickly recognize what's going on.

Esta es la adaptación para jugar a Dungeon Twister en Vassal. La hice usando la versión española pero hay tablas en inglés, así que puedes jugar sin problemas usando ambos idiomas.Este módulo está tremendamente bien desarrollado, permitiéndote girar los tableros con todas las fichas que hay encima. Esta funcionalidad no la implementa Vassal así que ha sido realmente complejo llevarla a cabo.
El módulo está lleno de sorpresas, los personajes tienen sonidos asociados a sus acciones (¡encuentra el bacileo absurdo!) y hay muchas opciones que te ayudarán usando los menús contextuales, por ejemplo para herir a los personajes o reordenar al azar los tableros.
Para seleccionar los tableros tienes que presionar CTRL y click, esto evita que muevas por error un tablero cuando no quieres hacerlo.
Otro atajo consiste en usar ASDW para mover el personaje seleccionado igual que si fuera un juego normal de PC, esto provoca ruido de pasos también para permitir a los jugadores identificar qué está pasando.

Vassal module - update 1.2 2009-02-16This is the complete module to play Thunderbolt/Apache Leader with Vassal, Vassal (for that people who doesn`t know about it) is a complete system to convert boardgames into computer played games, don`t get me wrong, it only gives you a tool, it doesn`t implements rules nor Artifical intelligence, it is only a tool which allows you to use a computer instead a paper and cardboard printed game (with all the IP communication benefits for multiple players).
Thunderbolt/Apache Leader is a solitarie game published by GMT and designed by Dan Verssen where you have to command your squadron of A10 close air support aircrafts and/or AH64 Apache attack helicopters along different missions and campaigns. This is one of the best solo games ever (imho), becouse it is not much random and you`ll have to take a lot of strategical and tactical decissions.
And now the legal stuff, this vassal module was done without permission from GMT, I tryed to ask for that permission but nobody answered, never ever!. You should be an owner of one boxed copy of the game to be allowed to play this game and legally use the module. Anyway the game is out of print and out of order for years... it was put in the P500 line (if it reached 500 potential buyers then it will be released again, but never did it), so I didn`t think this will harm at all GMT`s bussiness. So don`t ask me for a copy of the rulebook becouse I can`t give it to you, anyway I`ll love to hear about your experience with the module and tips, errata and so you find in the game.

Vassal module - update 1.2 2009-02-16Este es el módulo completo para jugar a Thunderbolt/Apache leader con Vassal, vassal (para quien no lo conozca) es un sistema para convertir juegos de tablero a juegos de ordenador, aunque solo aporta el soporte, no implementa reglas ni mucho menos Inteligencia Artificial, es una herramienta que te permite usar un ordenador como soporte en vez de papel y cartón con todas las ventajas de la comunciación por internet para múltiples jugadores.
Thunderbolt/Apache Leader es un juego en solitario publicado por GMT y diseñado por Dan Verssen en el que tienes que comandar tu grupo de aviones de apoyo cercano A10 o bien helicópteros AH64 (apache) a lo largo de diferentes misiones en diferentes escenarios. Para mi gusto es uno de los mejores juegos en solitario que jamás se han publicado por ser menos aleatorio y mas estratégico.
Y ahora la paliza legal, este módulo para vassal está realizado sin ningún tipo de autorización por parte de GMT (¡y lo intenté pero no me respondieron!) y se parte de la base de que debes ser propietario de una copia en caja para poder utilizar legalmente este módulo. De todas formas el juego lleva descatalogado años y de hecho lo sacaron del P500 (proyecto para la reedición de un juego cuando alcanza los 500 compradores potenciales), así que igualmente no creo que este módulo pueda dañar en modo alguno a la editorial GMT. De todas formas no me pidais una copia del reglamento escaneado porque no podré dárosla, aunque si os agradeceré cualquier feedback o comentario que querais hacer sobre el módulo.

HORNET LEADER 2: Vassal Module
Finally, Dan verssen Games has published the Vassal Module for Hornet Leader 2, and I'm the one who made the vassal conversion of the game.The game is a good one, it is similar to the first Hornet Leader (for whom I've made the CyberBoard module too) but some of the weak point has been upgraded and some of the unnecesary complex have been simplified to make playing fluid and easier to learn.
The only prblem is that module is not free, you can get it at a fair price at Dan Verssen's site, www.dvg.com. I hope you enjoy Vassal porting. At DVG.com you can find all the information needed to use vassal, instaling and playing the module, for that who doesn't know vassal yet, it is very similar to Cyberboard with some cooler options that make it more usable.
HORNET LEADER 2: Módulo para Vassal
Finalmente Dan Verssen Games ha publicado el módulo de vassal de Hornet Leader 2, y la realización del módulo corresponde a quien suscribe (es decir, yo).El juego está muy bien, es básicamente similar al Hornet Leader (del que podeis coger el módulo para Cyberboard mas abajo) pero mejorado en algunos puntos y simplificado en otros para que la cosa vaya mucho mas fluida y sea mas sencillo de aprender.
La única pega es que el módulo no es gratuito, podeis comprarlo a un precio francamente bajo en la web de Dan Verssen www.dvg.com. Espero que os guste la conversión a Vassal. En dicha web también podeis encontrar toda la información necesaria acerca de Vassal y su utilización e instalación, para quien no lo conozca el Vassal es muy parecido al Cyberboard pero con algunas opciones que le dan mucha mas jugabilidad y versatilidad.

Esta es la Gamebox para el módulo ambientado en el Japón feudal para la serie de juegos Cry Havoc!. Esta Gamebox no es la definitiva, lo que significa que pronto será liberada la gamebox completa actualizando los posibles fallos y errores y añaidendo fichas, mapas y escenarios.Esta Gamebox previa incluye todo lo que viene en el juego original (incluso un dado de 10 caras) mas un montón de mapas, 4 nuevos personajes, nuevo equipo como lanchas de juncos, escudos MON y mucho mas. Usalo para jugar algún escenario y presta detalle a los mapas a través del editor, después de hacer eso, escríbeme dándome tu opinión sobre el gamebox y sus posibles fallos para ser corregido, gracias por adelantado.
